Hi Trail Blazers!

Good news! Kickstarter has finally agreed to resend our funds into our accounts! 

If all goes to plan, we should be able to ship out all orders next week once we have confirmed the transfer. 

There are still quite a few backers who have not completed their surveys yet. Please understand that we would not be able to send out your orders until we have your completed surveys. 

We will update again as soon as we have confirmation.

Packing So Far So Good + KS Funds Update

Hi Trail Blazers,

A quick update to let you all know that the packing spirit is high at Seadon and we are planning to finish packing all orders this weekend (9th), ready to be shipped off once we have received our funds from Kickstarter. 

Regarding the funds that Kickstarter are still holding onto- we provided them the documents given and signed by our bank last week but they wanted some more information regarding our bank and branch code, which we have given them today, so hopefully, this will be the last info. they would need before they would agree to transfer the funds to our account finally. 

Anyways, here are some photos of our current DIY packing station and your orders being stored, ready to be delivered soon to your doorsteps! Apologies for the mess- we were thinking and setting up a system where we could pick and pack all the orders more efficiently. 

We cannot wait to send these out to you!

Kickstarter Still Have Our Funds But We Will Begin Packing!

Hi Trail Blazers!

Some good and bad (ish) news this week. 

We will start with the bad one first- We are still waiting for our campaign funds to be transferred into our bank accounts due to some verification problem, which Kickstarter have been asking for more documents from us, before they transfer the funds into our account. We have sent these documents to them more than a week ago and we have not heard back from them since. We have opened another support ticket with them to try and get an update on this. We hope that this is only a minor hiccup and that they will be able to transfer the funds to us within next week. Due to this circumstance, delivery MAY be delayed until we have confirmed payment from Kickstarter. This is unfortunate and a little frustrating as we have been keeping up with our schedule up until now. We did not foresee this from happening and it is beyond our control. 

The good news is the shipment containing all the tees are now in our studio in Hong Kong! We will begin packing this weekend anyways, so that we can send them out as soon as we have confirmation on the payment. 

Please see below the print screen conversations regarding this issue. We promise to keep things transparent and will keep you guys closely updated on this. 

Please also note that the funds are securely stored in Kickstarter, so your funds are safe with them. They just need to release the funds to our account before we can send the rewards out to you. 

Apologies for breaking any bad news for the first time- we will try our best to solve this as soon as possible and we will keep you closely updated on this.

Production Finished And Shipped! Backerkit Survey Deadline!

Hi Trail Blazers,

Good news! All The Regenerative Tees are now packed, shipped and on its way to our studio in Hong Kong, where we will start packing as soon as we have all the orders in through our Backerkit surveys. 

Speaking of surveys, there are still 111 surveys which haven't been filled yet. It would be great if we can get these filled in as soon as possible to prevent any delays on delivery. 

The last day to make final updates to your order is May 28th 2019, 9pm PDT. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping.

If you haven’t answered your survey yet, if you fill out your BackerKit survey or pay for extra shipping after the May 28th 2019, 9pm PDT order due date, we’ll still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed.

If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://seadon.backerkit.com.
